Baroness Morris of Bolton OBE DL

Trish Morris became a member of the House of Lords in 2004. She was Shadow Minister for Children, Young People, Families and Women, and then Opposition Spokesman for Education and Skills. She is a Trustee of UNICEF, the Disability Partnership and The Transformation Trust, and a Governor and Trustee of Bolton School. She was Deputy Chairman of the Salford Royal Hospitals NHS Trust, a member of the Abbot of Ampleforth's Advisory Committee, and in 2009 was appointed Chancellor of the University of Bolton.
